About the Recipe

These spicy and flavorful cauliflower bites are a great keto-friendly alternative to buffalo wings.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup hot sauce

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are coated in the mixture.

  5. Spread the cauliflower florets out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and starting to brown.

  7. In a separate bowl, whisk together the hot sauce and melted butter.

  8. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle the hot sauce mixture over the top.

  9. Toss the cauliflower to coat it in the hot sauce mixture.

  10. Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the hot sauce is caramelized and the cauliflower is crispy.

  11. Serve immediately with celery sticks and your favorite keto-friendly dipping sauce.
