These classic deviled eggs are a great keto snack or appetizer.
8 large eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika for garnish
Place the eggs in a large pot and cover them with cold water.
Bring the water to a boil and then remove the pot from the heat.
Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10-12 minutes.
Drain the hot water and transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool.
Once the eggs are cool, peel them and cut them in half lengthwise.
Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
Mash the yolks with a fork and then add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Mix the ingredients until they are smooth.
Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
Sprinkle paprika over the top of each deviled egg.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
