These crispy cheese snacks are perfect for a quick and easy keto snack.

Parmesan Crisps


  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried basil

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving a few inches between each one.

  5. Flatten each mound slightly with a fork.

  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
