About the Recipe
These sweet and satisfying fat bombs are a great keto snack when you need a quick energy boost.

Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup powdered erythritol
Preparation
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil and peanut butter together.
Stir in the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and powdered erythritol.
Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a silicone mold or lined muffin tin.
Freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
Remove the fat bombs from the mold or tin and store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to eat.
