These sweet and satisfying fat bombs are a great keto snack when you need a quick energy boost.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bombs


  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol


  1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil and peanut butter together.

  2. Stir in the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and powdered erythritol.

  3. Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a silicone mold or lined muffin tin.

  4. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm.

  5. Remove the fat bombs from the mold or tin and store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to eat.
