These crispy avocado fries are a delicious and unique keto snack.

Avocado Fries


  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 eggs, beaten


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.

  3. Cut each avocado half into thick slices.

  4. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  5. Dip each avocado slice in the beaten eggs, then coat in the almond flour mixture.

  6. Place the coated slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the coating is golden brown and crispy.

  8. Serve immediately with your favorite keto-friendly dipping sauce.
