Ingredients

  • 4 large romaine lettuce leaves

  • 2 cans of tuna, drained

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup diced red onion

  • 1/4 cup diced celery

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine drained tuna, mayonnaise, red onion, celery, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  2. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce leaves and lay them out on a plate.

  3. Scoop the tuna salad mixture onto each lettuce leaf, dividing it equally between the four.

  4. Roll up the lettuce leaves like a burrito, tucking in the sides as you go.
