About the Recipe

This is a flavorful dish that is easy to prepare and perfect for a special dinner or entertaining guests. This dish is made with succulent shrimp that is cooked in a delicious creamy sauce with garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Preparation

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

  2. Add the garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.

  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink.

  4. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set them aside.

  5. Add the heavy cream to the skillet and stir until the sauce starts to thicken.

  6. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until it wilts.

  7. Add the Parmesan cheese to the skillet and stir until it melts and the sauce is smooth.

  8. Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss with the sauce until they are coated.

  9. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

  10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.


Serve it with some crusty bread or over a bed of pasta for a complete and satisfying meal. Enjoy!
