  • 4 bone-in pork chops

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork chops.

  4. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
