This Garlicky Lemon Mahi Mahi is a light and flavorful seafood dish that's perfect for a healthy dinner. It's made with fresh mahi mahi fillets that are marinated in a garlicky lemon sauce and then grilled to perfection. Serve it with some roasted veggies or a side salad for a delicious and nutritious mea


  • 4 mahi mahi fillets (about 6 oz each)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Place the mahi mahi fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, turning to coat. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Remove the fish from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.

  5. Grill the mahi mahi fillets for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and flaky.

  6. Once done, remove the fillets from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

  7. Serve the Garlicky Lemon Mahi Mahi with lemon wedges and fresh parsley on top.
