About the Recipe

This Garlicky Greek Chicken recipe is a flavorful and healthy way to enjoy chicken breasts. Marinated in a blend of garlic, lemon, and Greek herbs.


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, oregano, basil, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Place the chicken breasts in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken breasts. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours.

  3. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.

  4. Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.

  5. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side, or until they're cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

  6. Remove the chicken breasts from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
