These cheesy garlic burgers are a perfect option for a delicious and satisfying keto-friendly meal. The juicy burger patty is infused with garlic flavor and topped with melted cheese for a savory taste. Serve it on a bed of lettuce or wrapped in a low-carb tortilla for a complete meal.


  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 lettuce leaves or low-carb tortillas for serving


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to incorporate all the ingredients.

  2. Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.

  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and swirl to coat the bottom of the skillet.

  4. Add the burger patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until they are browned and cooked through.

  5. Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and cover the skillet with a lid. Let the cheese melt for about 1-2 minutes.

  6. Serve the cheesy garlic burgers on a bed of lettuce or wrapped in a low-carb tortilla. Enjoy!
