This Keto Omelette is a filling and healthy breakfast option that's easy to make and customizable with your favorite keto-friendly ingredients. Packed with protein and healthy fats, this omelette will keep you satisfied throughout the morning.
3 large eggs
1 tbsp heavy cream
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp diced ham
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the butter and swirl to coat the pan.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook for a minute or two until the bottom sets.
Use a spatula to lift the edges of the omelette and let the uncooked eggs flow to the bottom of the pan.
Once the omelette is mostly set but still slightly runny on top, sprinkle the cheese and diced ham over one side of the omelette.
Use a spatula to fold the other side of the omelette over the cheese and ham side.
Let the omelette cook for another 30 seconds to a minute until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked to your desired consistency.
Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
