Avocado toast is a classic breakfast staple, and this keto-friendly version is no exception. Featuring a grain-free and low-carb bread, this avocado toast is topped with mashed avocado, and eggs.

Avacado Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of keto bread

  • 1 avocado

  • 1/4 tsp of sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper

  • 1 tsp of olive oil

  • 1 tsp of lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread in a toaster or on a pan.

  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl.

  3. Mash the avocado with a fork and add the salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix well.

  4. Spread the avocado mixture on the toast and serve.
