Avacado Toast


  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup of coconut flour

  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter

  • 1 tablespoon of granulated sweetener

  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract


  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, melted butter, sweetener, salt, and vanilla extract.

  2. Add coconut flour and baking powder, and whisk until well combined.

  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
